At Bacandal, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We encourage you to review fragrance descriptions carefully before ordering, and to contact us with any questions.
About our decants: Each decant is hand-filled with authentic, original fragrance. Due to the nature of the product (opened and transferred fragrances), we do not accept returns due to change of mind once an order has been shipped.
We do cover:
- Products damaged during shipping (photo required as evidence)
- Incorrect orders (wrong fragrance or volume)
- Products arriving with a sealing defect
In any of these cases, contact us at support@bacandal.com within 7 days of receiving your order and we will resolve it with a replacement or full refund.
Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days.
